WLF= weight loss friendly

All Purpose Dough 12 servings
used for pizza dough, cinnamon rolls
Combine
1 pk yeast with packet of splenda
1 cup warm water and set aside for ten minutes or foamy

In Mixer
2 cups spelt flour
1/2 cup wheat bran flour
1/4 cup flax
1 tsp salt
1 tbs agave or honey

Add yeast to flour mix and using a bread dough hook mix til pulling from the sides

Rise for 45 minutes ( ready of pizza)
Shape for baked goods and then rise 1 hour to 1 1/2 half

Cinnamon Roll Topping (3 servings)
2 tbs fat free cream cheese
1 splenda
1 tbs skim milk


BBQ Sauce 1/4 cup servings

In a sauce pan simmmer for 20 minutes

1 tbs lemon juice
1/2 red onion
1/8 cup vinegar
1/4 cup water
1 tbs brown sugar splenda
1 tbs stone ground mustard
1/4 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp chile powder or cayenne
1/8 cup veggie oil

Add
1/4 cup ketchup or tomato paste
1 tbs worstershire sauce

Puree

Red Kidney Bean Soup
3/4 cup servings
a package of dried red kidney beans(soak overnight)

in the morning change the water and add

1 small tomato paste
1 splenda
Two sticks of churrico with the casing removed( you can use turkey sausage if you are worried about the fat)
1 onion diced
1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp chili powder

Simmer for 2 hours or until beans are soft

I add greek yogurt and cheese to up the protein. I puree the soup prior to adding the yogurt and cheese.
